Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-6 whose children's vaccines were postponed in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 and were still postponed at the time of questionnaire (e.g., in Wave 4, the children of 5.7% of California caregivers with young children were still experiencing postponement of their vaccines).
