Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 5-17 whose children's schools closed in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 and were still closed at the time of questionnaire (e.g., in Wave 4, the children of 8.8% of California caregivers with school-aged children were still experiencing closure of their school).
