N/A means that data are not available. Use caution when comparing data before 2000 (2016 for U.S. data) with later years, as race/ethnicity definitions changed, and also when comparing California data in this indicator with those in Births, by Mother's Marital Status, as race/ethnicity coding may differ across data sources.
