Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who have been treated badly or unfairly because of their race/ethnicity, by experiences of racism relative to the period before the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 (e.g., in Wave 4, among California caregivers who had experienced racism in their lives, 28.3% had experienced increased racism during the pandemic).
