Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who always or most of the time felt confident in their ability to control important things in their lives in the previous month (e.g., in Wave 4, 36% of California caregivers had confidence in their ability to control important things in the previous month).
