Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 always or most of the time (a) felt nervous or stressed, or (b) felt difficulties piling up so high that they could not be overcome, by type of feeling (e.g., in Wave 2, 34.4% of California caregivers had feelings of nervousness or stress during the pandemic).
