Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who due the COVID-19 outbreak reduced their working hours in order to provide care for a child or other person (e.g., in Wave 4, 13.7% of California caregivers had reduced their working hours to care for children or others).
