Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 whose children's play dates or get togethers with peers were canceled in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 (e.g., in Wave 2, the children of 39.8% of California caregivers had experienced cancelation of their informal social activities during the pandemic).
