Definition: Estimated percentage of children ages 0-17 with special health care needs (CSHCN) whose conditions consistently, moderately, or never affected their daily activities in the previous 12 months, among those with reported health conditions, by type of health insurance coverage (e.g., in 2023, among California CSHCN with reported health conditions who were covered by public health insurance, 51.7% had conditions that moderately affected their daily activities in the previous year).
