Definition: Estimated percentage of children ages 0-17 whose parents in the previous month usually or always (i) felt angry with the child, (ii) were bothered a lot by the child's behavior, or (iii) felt the child was much harder to care for than other children, by special health care needs status (e.g., in 2023, 20.3% of California CSHCN had parents who felt aggravation from parenting in the previous month).
