Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 whose household members (i.e., themselves, their children, or others) had and had not accessed mental health care remotely via telehealth (i.e., through phone or video appointment) in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, by timing of most recent use and caregiver's race/ethnicity (e.g., in Wave 4 (Jun. 3 – Jun. 29, 2022), 17.1% of Hispanic/Latino caregivers in California lived in households in which one or more members had most recently used telehealth for mental health care at the beginning of the pandemic when most doctor's offices were closed).
