Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 whose oldest child is not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, by reasons for not vaccinating child (e.g., in Wave 4 (Jun. 3 – Jun. 29, 2022), 35.1% of California caregivers whose oldest child was not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 had not vaccinated the child fully because of worry about vaccine side effects).

These data are subject to both sampling and nonsampling error. The notation S refers to estimates that have been suppressed because the margin of error is 10 percentage points or greater.
