Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who in the previous month always or most of the time (a) felt nervous or stressed, or (b) felt difficulties piling up so high that they could not be overcome, by type of feeling and presence of children with special health care needs (CSHCN) in the household (e.g., in Wave 4, 39.1% of California caregivers living in households with one or more CSHCN had feelings of nervousness or stress in the previous month).
