Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who always or most of the time felt confident in their ability to control important things in their lives in the previous month, by household income level (e.g., in Wave 4, 21.9% of California caregivers living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 had confidence in their ability to control important things in the previous month).
