Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-6 whose children's vaccines were postponed in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 and were still postponed at the time of questionnaire, by household income level (e.g., in Wave 4, the children of 1.5% of California caregivers with young children living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 were still experiencing postponement of their vaccines).
