Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-6 whose children's vaccines were postponed in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 and were still postponed at the time of questionnaire, by presence of children with special health care needs (CSHCN) in the household (e.g., in Wave 4, the children of 9.4% of California caregivers with young children living in households with one or more CSHCN were still experiencing postponement of their vaccines).

The questionnaire was administered during the following periods: Jul. 8 – Jul. 27, 2021 (Wave 3); Jun. 3 – Jun. 29, 2022 (Wave 4). These data are subject to both sampling and nonsampling error.
