Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 whose children's play dates or get togethers with peers were canceled in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 and were still canceled at the time of questionnaire, by household income level (e.g., in Wave 4, the children of 8.3% of California caregivers living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 were still experiencing cancelation of their informal social activities).
