Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 5-17 whose children's schools closed in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 and were still closed at the time of questionnaire, by household income level (e.g., in Wave 4, the children of 18.9% of California caregivers with school-aged children living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 were still experiencing closure of their school).
