Definition: Estimated percentage of children ages 0-17 who in the previous 12 months delayed or did not receive needed medical care, by main reason for delaying or forgoing care (e.g., in 2017-2018, among California children who had delayed or not received needed medical care in the previous year, 32.4% did so due to cost or insurance reasons).
