Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who have been treated badly or unfairly because of their sexual orientation, by race/ethnicity and experiences of discrimination relative to the period before the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 (e.g., in Wave 4, among Hispanic/Latino caregivers in California who had experienced sexual orientation discrimination their lives, 22.6% had experienced increased sexual orientation discrimination during the pandemic).
