Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who have been treated badly or unfairly because of their race/ethnicity, by race/ethnicity and experiences of racism relative to the period before the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 (e.g., in Wave 3, among Hispanic/Latino caregivers in California who had experienced racism in their lives, 28.2% had experienced increased racism during the pandemic).

These data are subject to both sampling and nonsampling error. The notation S refers to estimates that have been suppressed because the margin of error is greater than 10 percentage points.
