Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who always or most of the time felt confident in their ability to control important things in their lives in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, by household income level (e.g., in Wave 2, 30.7% of California caregivers living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 had confidence in their ability to control important things during the pandemic).
