Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who dealt with stress in the previous month through substance use, by type of substance (e.g., in Wave 3, 14.2% of California caregivers had used cannabis/marijuana in response to stress in the previous month).
