Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who felt quite close or extremely close to their children in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 (e.g., in Wave 3, 73.2% of California caregivers had feelings of closeness to their children during the pandemic).
