Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17, by household financial situation relative to the period before the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 and presence of children with special health care needs (CSHCN) in the household (e.g., in Wave 4, the household financial situation of 43.2% of California caregivers living in households with one or more CSHCN had been negatively impacted overall during the pandemic).
