Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17, by household financial situation relative to the period before the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020 and caregiver's race/ethnicity (e.g., in Wave 4, the household financial situation of 48.2% of Hispanic/Latino caregivers in California had been negatively impacted overall during the pandemic).
