Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who due the COVID-19 outbreak reduced their working hours in order to provide care for a child or other person, by caregiver's race/ethnicity (e.g., in Wave 4, 12.6% of Hispanic/Latino caregivers in California had reduced their working hours to care for children or others).
