Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 whose youngest child spent four or more hours with a relative, friend, or neighbor in the previous seven days, by household income level and person's relationship to the child (e.g., in Wave 3, the youngest child of 31.9% of California caregivers living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 had spent four or more hours with a grandparent in the previous week).
