Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 whose oldest child has at least one adult outside of the home who cares about them, by caregiver's race/ethnicity (e.g., in Wave 4, the oldest child of 85.3% of Hispanic/Latino caregivers in California had a caring adult outside of the home).
