Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 whose oldest child has at least one adult outside of the home who cares about them, by household income level (e.g., in Wave 4, the oldest child of 85.2% of California caregivers living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 had a caring adult outside of the home).
