Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-6 whose children's vaccines were postponed in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, by household income level (e.g., in Wave 2, the children of 10.7% of California caregivers with young children living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 had experienced postponement of their vaccines during the pandemic).
