Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 whose children's play dates or get togethers with peers were canceled in the period after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, by household income level (e.g., in Wave 2, the children of 36.2% of California caregivers living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 had experienced cancelation of their informal social activities during the pandemic).
