Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who had and had not accessed free or reduced price school meals before and after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, by timing of use and caregiver's race/ethnicity (e.g., in Wave 2, 12.7% of Hispanic/Latino caregivers in California had started using free or reduced price school meals during the pandemic after not using them before the pandemic).
