Definition: Estimated percentage of adults with caregiving responsibilities for children ages 0-17 who had and had not accessed free or reduced price school meals before and after the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, by timing of use and household income level (e.g., in Wave 2, 13.7% of California caregivers living in households with annual incomes below $30,000 had started using free or reduced price school meals during the pandemic after not using them before the pandemic).
