Definition: Estimated percentage of women with a live birth who before age 14 had to move because of problems paying rent or mortgage, by race/ethnicity (e.g., an estimated 15.8% of Hispanic/Latina California women with a live birth in 2013-2014 had moved because of problems paying rent or mortgage).
