Definition: Estimated percentage of women with a live birth who before age 14 had to move because of problems paying rent or mortgage, by prenatal insurance coverage type (e.g., an estimated 10.1% of privately insured California women with a live birth in 2013-2014 had moved because of problems paying rent or mortgage).
