Definition: Estimated percentage of women with a live birth who before age 14 had a parent or guardian who got in trouble with the law or went to jail, by race/ethnicity (e.g., an estimated 11% of Hispanic/Latina California women with a live birth in 2013-2014 had a parent or guardian who got in trouble with the law or went to jail).
