Definition: Estimated percentage of women with a live birth who before age 14 had a parent or guardian who got in trouble with the law or went to jail, by maternal age (e.g., among California women ages 15-19 with a live birth in 2013-2014, an estimated 13.8% had a parent or guardian who got in trouble with the law or went to jail).
