Definition: Estimated percentage of women with a live birth who before age 14 lived with a parent or guardian who had a serious drinking or drug problem, by prenatal insurance coverage type (e.g., an estimated 12.4% of privately insured California women with a live birth in 2013-2014 had lived with a parent or guardian who had a serious drinking or drug problem).
