Definition: Estimated percentage of public school students in grades 7, 9, 11, and non-traditional programs who carried any weapon other than a gun at school in the previous year, by parent education level and number of occasions (e.g., in 2017-2019, 95.1% of California students in grades 7, 9, 11, and non-traditional programs whose parents did not finish high school had not carried a weapon other than a gun at school in the previous year).
