Definition: Estimated percentage of children ages 0-17 with special health care needs (CSHCN) whose health conditions usually or greatly affect their daily activities, by type of health insurance coverage (e.g., in 2009-2010, 39.1% of California CSHCN with public insurance had conditions that consistently affected their daily activities).
