Definition: Estimated percentage of children ages 3-17 with a current diagnosis of attention deficit disorder (ADD) or attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety problems, behavioral or conduct problems, or depression (e.g., in 2017-2021, 12.2% of California children had behavioral or mental health conditions).
