Definition: Estimated percentage of children ages 0-17 whose parents in the previous month usually or always (i) felt angry with their child, (ii) were bothered a lot by their child's behavior, or (iii) felt their child was much harder to care for than other children, by special health care needs status (e.g., in 2016-2019, 21.2% of California CSHCN had parents who felt aggravation from parenting in the previous month).

These estimates are based on a survey of the population and are subject to both sampling and nonsampling error.
